- detailed analysis and rating of usability of the Learner Resources for each Cluster, particularly for NSW but also nationally
- detailed analysis and rating of usability of the Assessment Resources for each Cluster
- report and recommendations for changes to Assessment Resources
- rewrite of Assessment Resources for sample unit

Scope of Work:
- Critically read all manuals and assessment resources of the following five clusters of the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice:
* Introduction to Property
* Sales
* Property Management
* Trust Accounting
* Auctioneering

- Edit and amend where necessary all modules from a Victorian perspective with the aim to commence online, face to face and interactive webinar training in Victoria in 2026.

- Conduct the same process for all the modules/clusters of the Diploma of Property (Agency Management).
